Manage daily Zipline Tour operations. The qualified applicant should have 2-5 years of management experience, preferably in the tourism industry with a solid understanding of scheduling and logistics. Candidates should be mature, responsible, organized, problem-solvers with good social skills. Summer job responsibilities include: * Supervising staff of Guides, Drivers, Special Ops, and a Tour Coordinator * Ensuring that operations are run in a smooth and timely manner * Assisting with and coordinating staff training * Scheduling and coordinating tour logistics * Coordinating staff work assignments * Ensuring that safety standards are upheld * Monitoring the condition of the tour * Interacting with guests & managing groups * Conducting merchandise and tour sales * Daily sales reports * Managing inventory * Maintaining the appearance of the lodge Winter responsibilities include: * Maintaining the Tour * Responding to email and phone inquiries * Maintaining the company's presence on social media * Researching Marketing & PR opportunities * Managing inventory and ordering merchandise * Attending job fairs, community meetings, and hiring staff * Organizing and preparing for the following summer
