To provide effective clinical assessments and residential treatment services for at-risk teenagers (ages 13-17). Therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapy as well as oversee front-line treatment team members. Therapist will actively participate in clinical team case review, treatment planning, and effective aftercare recommendations. Ability to perceive needs of family members and offer support and education accordingly.
Requirements:
Licensure as a LCSW, LPC, LCAS, LMHC or MFT required. Wilderness experience preferred. At least three years of experience with adolescent inpatient, outpatient and/or community mental health care preferred. Must have strong clinical and interpersonal skills, the ability to lead and direct the work of others and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be eligible and willing to seek North Carolina Licensure. Must be able to adequately communicate clinical recommendations to aftercare resources.
