Girls Quest's Camp Oh-Neh-Tah is looking for a qualified Waterfront Director to oversee our aquatics program from June 14th - August 18th, 2010, at our 500 acre camp located in the Catskill Mountains in NY State. he Waterfront Director (WD) will work with a team of certified lifeguards to lead daily waterfront activities. The Waterfront Director will lead the aquatics program including daily instruction, recreational swimming, boating and on site staff training. In addition, the WD will set up the waterfront activity area and consistently maintain the safety of all participants engaged in waterfront activities. The Waterfront Director creates swimming and boating activities that are exciting, fun and safe for the participants. Minimal Qualifications: • American Red Cross (ARC) Lifeguard Certification with Waterfront Module • ARC Water Safety Instructor • ARC First Aid and CPR for Professional Rescuer • 2 years experience in a supervisory position related to aquatics (Waterfront Director or Assistant Waterfront Director)
